Picking up properly after your dog poop is important for your family, children and even your dog. Dog poop can fecal parasites so it’s important to be sanitary when dealing with fecal material from dogs. Round worm can infect kids. This is an environment, giardia parasite that you want to keep your home free of. Be very careful and clean. Here are some tips on cleaning dog poop.

1. Use a regular zip lock bag or sandwich bag if you are going outside on a long walk with your dog. If your dog poos, take your bag, invert it and then pick up the fecal material. Close the bag over the poop and seal it. Then discard it in a waste disposal system.
2. You can do the same thing with just a latex glove. These are very easy because you can just pick up the material that way and throw your glove over the top of it and tie the end piece off and toss that as well.

What is important is that you just keep clean. Be sure to wash your hands after poop cleaning, just to be on the safe side.
